A NEW weekly class to set you up for the week ahead! Learn how to relax and stay relaxed in this deeply restorative class, which will introduce you to new ways to unwind or give you a nudge towards prioritising you. Featuring some of the 100s of types and techniques of mindfulness and meditation, you are always very welcome to contribute to what you'd like included. From the very first class you will benefit from ways to help reduce stress, ease pain and restore sleep. The benefits of meditation are cumulative, so you will fine tune your knowledge and skills within weeks to support your health and wellbeing now and in the future. Classes are small and friendly, term time only and plenty of free parking is available at this beautifully restored venue.

For class/workshop cancellations, please contact us within 72 hours of the session. Refunds are not always possible, but will be considered on a case by case basis. For 1-1 AcuEnergetics® and 1-1 Mindfulness Meditation coaching, please contact us within 48 hours of the session to avoid being charged.
