Why not join me for the shorter online meditation class from the comfort of home, hotel or holiday! The best monthly class for pure relaxation, less stress and better sleep! This is a small, nurturing class where all are welcome, including teens with accompanying parent/guardian. Only one booking required per family unit/household. £15
