Please join me for a New Year Mini-Retreat ! Deeply restorative to help reduce stress and tension in mind and body, set yourself up for the year ahead and sail through 2026 with balance and ease. This is a great and much-needed opportunity to retreat mid-winter! If you often feel worn out, depleted, in need of a little tender loving care, but have little opportunity to do so, gift yourself this mini-retreat right now and help support and restore your energies, as nature intended. Let me guide and help you to open to your internal vision and allow deep rest and relaxation. We will enjoy seventy-five minutes of deeply restorative rest and relaxation with opportunities to stretch and move position within the session. Refreshments will be available to finish.
