Sleep - the sweetest dreams

A restful night's sleep is essential to health and wellbeing, so what can you do if you're having trouble sleeping, have broken sleep or other sleep issues?

Mindful Medicine has developed its very own 'Sleep Retreat' - a 5 day online meditation retreat, dedicated to sleep! The 'Sleep Retreat' supports a deeper, more restful, restorative sleep, encouraging healthy sleep patterns. A one-time download, it's then yours to keep, to take anywhere and to dip in and out of whenever you need it.

In addition, I also run a private Facebook community to share experiences, helpful hints and tips for anyone suffering from sleep problems, due to stress or tension; and a schedule of weekly meditation classes. 

As always, if you're suffering from chronic sleep problems, you should always work with your healthcare provider to diagnose and treat any suspected sleep disorders.
