Taking back some control and giving you the opportunity to support and benefit your own health and wellbeing, helps to prevent the build up of stress, reduce stress, pain and sleep problems affecting your home and working lives and builds resilience for the future. 

As an accredited teacher of Mindfulness and Meditation from the British School of Meditation, I offer both online and face-to-face meditation classes, suitable for all.
