Service Description

Since lockdown these classes have run each week (twice at the beginning). Can you spare 15-20 minutes of the 10080 minutes in a week? Please join us for a super-powered opportunity to relax and stay relaxed each Wednesday@from 11.55am for midday start. Explore many different types and techniques and feel the real benefits of a 'live' class, online and from the comfort of home, office, hotel or hospital and all for FREE! For class/workshop cancellations, please contact us within 72 hours of the session. Refunds are not always possible, but will be considered on a case by case basis. For 1-1 AcuEnergetics® and 1-1 Mindfulness Meditation coaching, please contact us within 48 hours of the session to avoid being charged.
