Sunday Restorative Med Online (12 May)

Service Description

If you can't make it to any Restorative Meditations in person, why not join me for the shorter online one from the comfort of home, hotel or holiday! The best class for pure relaxation, less stress and better sleep! This is a small, nurturing monthly retreat-style class where all are welcome, including teens with accompanying parent/guardian. Only one booking required per family unit/household. £15

Cancellation Policy

For class/workshop cancellations, please contact us within 72 hours of the session. Refunds are not always possible, but will be considered on a case by case basis. For 1-1 AcuEnergetics® and 1-1 Mindfulness Meditation coaching, please contact us within 48 hours of the session to avoid being charged.
