Service Description

Understanding your body's unique needs Systematic Kinesiology is a holistic approach that uses gentle muscle-response testing to help understand the body and identify areas that may benefit from nutritional, lifestyle and personalised support. By exploring the relationship between the body's physical, biochemical and emotional wellbeing, Systematic Kinesiology can provide insights into factors that may be affecting how we feel and our overall health. Each session is tailored to the individual, recognising that everyone has their own unique experiences and circumstances. Having completed the Foundation Certificate in Systematic Kinesiology through The Academy of Systematic Kinesiology (TASK), a course accredited by the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), I have gained a thorough foundation in preventative health principles and the practice of basic kinesiology techniques. Using kinesiology techniques, I support clients in exploring potential functional imbalances across nutritional, emotional, electrical and structural influences, helping them gain a better understanding of where lifestyle or personalised support may be beneficial. Food Sensitivity & Supplement Testing Food sensitivity and supplement testing uses gentle muscle-response techniques to explore individual responses to different foods and supplements. This can provide personalised insights to help guide recommendations where appropriate. Please email to book gillian@mindful-medicine.co.uk this introductory offer until end Dec 2026.
